Young Cho is a global mission mobilizer, movement strategist, and catalytic leader serving as the Global Director of the Billion Soul Harvest (BSH) movement and the Global Harvest Summit (GHS). Dedicated to advancing the fulfillment of the Great Commission, he works with leaders and networks across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas to strengthen collaboration, accelerate evangelism, and engage the next generation in world missions.

Deeply committed to the spiritual urgency of the hour, Young champions what he calls the Four Greats — a worldview shaping the BSH movement. This framework encompasses an awakening to the imminent return of Jesus and the call to live with holy urgency (the Great Return); the worldwide surge of evangelism and revival unfolding across nations (the Great Harvest); the conviction that churches, movements, and mission networks must collaborate rather than compete (the Great Unity); and the advancing of God’s kingdom into places long hindered by spiritual, cultural, or systemic barriers (the Great Breakthrough).

Through BSH and GHS, Young helps convene leaders across 100+ nations, building strategic alignment through initiatives such as the 2033 Vision, the Evangelism Roundtable (ER150), and continental gatherings designed to multiply disciple-making movements. His leadership includes training emerging leaders, fostering unity among denominations and mission agencies, and curating spaces where spiritual, organizational, and relational breakthroughs can flourish for the sake of the global Church.

Over the years, Young has traveled to more than 100 different countries, equipping national and regional leaders, speaking at conferences, mentoring young professionals and students, and helping ministries build Holy Spirit–led systems of collaboration and mission expansion. His ministry emphasizes prayer, humility, unity, and the hidden work of the Holy Spirit — the values expressed in the BSH identity of being Holy, Humble, and Hidden.

Young’s academic journey reflects his commitment to understanding both the human heart and the heart of God. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from UCLA, followed by a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology (Biola University), and an additional Master of Divinity from the International Reformed Graduate School of Theology, grounding his ministry in strong biblical, theological, and pastoral foundations. He has also received an honorary doctorate from Global Gateway University.

In addition to his ministry and leadership work, Young has translated numerous books and articles into Korean and has authored three books in Korean, contributing to the spiritual formation and missional understanding of churches, leaders, and believers across generations.

Young’s passion is to see every believer, church, and nation awakened to God’s heart for the lost, and to help usher in a global wave of prayer, revival, and evangelism leading to 2033 and beyond. He resides in Korea but serves internationally across multiple continents, investing in leaders, churches, and movements that share God’s dream to see the gospel preached to every people and nation.
